B. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS UPON RESERVATION

• BIR 1903/2303 for Corporate buyer (validated by BIR)
• BIR 1904 for individual buyer with payment schemes of spot cash or deferred cash whose payment term is forecasted to reach 2596 of total payment within the year of sale.
• If buyer is availing of the following discounts – form must be signed by the buyer

• Employee Discount Form – with photocopy of company ID (Front and Back)
• Bulk Discount Form
• Loyalty Discount Form
