Reservation
1. Fill out the Reservation Forms
2. Pay Avida Land the Reservation Fee of P20,000 (or P50,000 for some other Projects). Payments can be paid through Cash or Checks. Credit Card payment can also be accepted only in head office in Bonifacio Global City during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). But for overseas clients, Avida Land accepts Wire transfer or Bank Deposit directly to their account.

* Reserving a unit is only good for a maximum of 30 days. After Reservation of property, the Sale must be booked not later than 30 days. Otherwise, the Reservation Fee will be forfeited; and the unit reserved/selected will be open to the Inventory.

Booking
3. Fill out all the other Avida provided forms.
4. Submit client documents such as copy of government issued ID’s, specimen signatures, income documents for Deferred Payment clients, Bank Application form for Bank Financing payment term clients, and other documents that your Sales agent will request.
5. Submit of a Check Payment for the Down payment and Post-Dated checks for the monthly payment. If you do not have a Checking account, you may sign-up for an Auto-Debit Agreement, but the Savings account must be with BPI Savings Bank.
After you submitted all the documents and requirements by Avida, your Purchase will be officially booked.
